Check-in time for reserved rooms: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
For check-ins outside the usual check-in window, we kindly ask for prior notice.

We ask our guests to kindly vacate their rooms by 11:00 am on their departure day.

Payment Conditions

All prices include VAT and dues.

The room charge can be paid in cash in CHF or with credit card (VISA/AMEXCO).

Guarantee and Cancellation

For a definite booking confirmation we kindly ask our guests to provide names, an e-mail address and mobile number, as well as credit card details.

Cancellations until 12:00 noon the day prior to arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations noted on the day of arrival are chargeable with the full room price.

Opening Hours

With prior notice: 365 days
